Privacy

Last updated 11 October 2026

The short version: no accounts, no adverts, no cookies and nothing that follows you around the web. We count visits anonymously so we know which pages people read and how they found us. Beyond that, we only handle what's needed to sell you the game and check your key, plus anything you choose to send us, like a bug report.

On your device

The games keep your settings, and once you've unlocked them your licence key, in your browser's own storage on your device. It stays there; we can't see it. Clearing your browser's data deletes it.

Unlocking the game

When you enter your key, the game sends the key and a short device label (for example "Windows · 2026-10-03") through our server to our reseller, which confirms the key is real and counts the device towards your 3. About once a week, when you're online, the game quietly checks the key is still valid. Our server passes these checks on and doesn't keep them.

Buying

Payments are handled entirely by our reseller, the company named on your receipt. It collects your name, email address, payment details and country (for tax), under its own privacy policy, which is linked from the checkout. We never see your card details. We can see your order (your name, email address and what you bought) and use it only to deal with your purchase, such as a refund or a problem with your key.

Running the website

Like any website, these pages pass through the companies that deliver them, and they see your IP address to do it: Cloudflare hosts the site, Google Fonts supplies the lettering, and our reseller's checkout loads when you choose to buy. We don't receive or keep visitor logs ourselves.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It tells us which pages were viewed, which website or link brought people here, and roughly which country and type of device they used. It doesn't use cookies or any other way of recognising you, it doesn't follow you to other sites, and we only see totals, never individual visitors.

Bug reports

If you use Report a bug in the game, we receive what you write, your email address if you choose to give it, and some details about your device so we can find the problem: browser and device type, screen size, the game's settings, and whether the game is unlocked (never your licence key). We don't keep your IP address. Reports are deleted once we've dealt with them, and automatically after 180 days.

Emailing us

If you write to us, we use your email address only to reply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
